ActiveSlide 1.1.5 New Features Several new element types can now be inserted using the Insert menu. The new elements allow you to highlight and focus data and images. NEW: Make notes in presentation mode! In presentation mode(!) you can now add drawings, rectangles, circles and images to your virtual slides. Furthermore, you can drag&drop, scale and rotate them. By the way: Highlighter elements are available as well! When exiting presentation mode you can decide whether to delete or keep your notes. Curious? Just turn on this functionality using the menu option Presentation/Use Notebook. Behaviours - Main elements are connected by thick lines now. So, there are no more icons at connection lines that display their type. - Behaviours are displayed automatically on each affected slide – you don’t have to turn them on using the View menu anymore. - When there is no connection line to a behaviour, the latter will be deleted automatically. - Increased performance for Hotspot-Behaviour (presentation mode) - Hotspot-Behaviour: Main element will be set in the foreground automatically - Transporter-Behaviour: Main element will be set in the background automatically Drawing - The usability for drawing has been improved significantly: - Current colour settings are considered when creating a new drawing - You can turn off foreground and background colour via the format window - No more popup-window after drawing Assignments - The assignment elements in the toolbar now work the same way as the corresponding menu options: Elements have to be grouped and are then converted into an assignment - Use checkboxes to define which buttons will be created automatically. Other extensions - When deleting a group all members of that group will be deleted as well. - Current release number of ActiveSlide is displayed in the title bar of ActiveSlide’s application window now. - ZIP archives can be passed on to ActiveSlide1_1.exe as a parameter. ActiveSlide will then open and display the contained .tap presentation in full-screen mode - automatically. By the way: It’s easy to create a ZIP file from within ActiveSlide – just use the File/Export/Bundle option.
